The parents of prospective students should contact the school administrator to schedule an interview. In this
interview, prospective students and their parent(s) will meet with the school administrator to discuss the
prospective student’s needs and determine if the school programs will meet these needs. The initial interview
is also the time for parents and prospective students to ask questions about school related matters.
Once it has been determined that the school will be a good match for the student, enrollment can begin. There
are enrollment forms to be completed to include the collection of demographic data, records request forms, etc.
School tuition may be through private pay or though scholarship. Kaleidoscope School of Discovery accepts
the McKay Scholarship which is a program to offer ESE students in the State of Florida educational options.
Eligibility for the McKay Scholarship requires that a student be classified as an ESE student and that the student
has had an IEP for the past school year. We can answer questions regarding the scholarship and assist you
in the application process. For students who are not funded through the scholarship program, we offer flexible
